I'm drowning in this pain
It's pouring down, like rain
I wanna run away from my past
Hopefully, it doesn't last

Will my demons leave me alone?
I've been out of my zone
Will they ever give me a break?
Just for my sake

I'm so sick of feeling this sick
I wish I was as strong as a brick
Is this a never-ending fight?
I'll chase them away with all of my might

I've been drowning in my river of tears
I conquered all of my fears
I'm not afraid of the past that haunted me
I let it go and I ran free

Everything I see around me is a fake joy
My demons, am I gonna destroy?
For, I'm not going to drown in my tear
I'll fight my phantoms year after year

I'll fight all of them back
Even if my surroundings are black
For, whenever I'm drowning in my tears
My demons start to appear

I'm so sick of feeling this sick
I wish I was as strong as a brick
