Evening star
Behold!
I wish upon the first evening star
That my heart's desire comes true
It's simple I hope for strength
To brave through Life's storm
And all this while
My smile should be a reflection
Of serene warmth which is the
Essence of my existence.
(I've used all ten words in this challenge. It's not difficult at all. As you can see I played with the pattern and rhyming of the poem. I kept is short and simple. I personified Life. I don't follow specific rules and patterns when it comes to poetry. I like to beat my own path. This poem took two minutes to write, that's how easy it was!)
