A monthly discomfort that visits many of us,
A shitty feelings,
Occupied with mood swings,
From back pain to a full stabing pain,
No comfort from bed or even food,
As the pain of agony kicks in.

A brave battle we pass through every month,
For the red flow is natural on its own,
But then we endure the pain with pride and grace,
For the power of women is not to be underestimated
And our power cannot be replaced.
