Even though people seem to be distant and ungrateful,
there's always a reason for being someone who's helpful
Too many nowadays assume they always know best,
or that their eminent destinies are in someway blessed.

Everyone deserves a chance,regardless of how born,
or if ancestors were once objects of fear and scorn.
We all belong to a world whose existence is in question,
ravaged by pollution and wanton acts of man's destruction.

Dependent on nature's resilience to somehow withstand,
and remain viable somehow as conditions do demand.
Sometimes responding in violent displays of retaliation,
as if a means by with which to vent growing frustration.

While people waste resources with little or no regard,
for them who would inherit this world they discard.
Leaving behind skeletons of steel and concrete remains,
where people once lived before finding greener plains.

Able to run free beneath skies with air fresh and clean,
as a landscape sprawls out before them vibrant green.
Belief in paradise is certainly worth the effort made,
to win out over life,no matter how hard to be played.
