if you setback you'll be worthless when time approach,
fulfill your thoughts with positivity, allow lessons from your coach,
these days are ain't nothing without efforts,
count what you did, and encounter what you're looking for,
these days will knock you down, you'll end feeding behind the odds,
abounded as you'll feel,eyes won't believe what they saw,
get up and rise,never let poisonous thoughts kill your egony,
