In the land of milk and honey
Abundance of joy and riches
But now in the wilderness lonely
Past mistakes engraved like stitches

I was once a law abiding citizen
Now a witch they'd burn on stake
My cries and plead, all forsaken
I ran and plunge to the frozen lake

The blood of an innocent
Poured like rain
For my secret potion
That got wasted in vain

I'ce offered my soul
To the evil master
For they treated me foul
And act like they're better

Now I can see, bad or good
No one stands by my side
So I ran to the woods
When my sanity died

Just in one night
I start to forgot his face
I fought all my might
Against his screams in the haze

I know I am the bad guy
Please shut up for a while
I ask myself why
I sleep on his bones I pile

I want to escape the night
Reach the sun across the sea
I have lost this gruesome fight
But a new journey is what I see

Erase my bitter past
Erase his face from my mind
Maybe I'd be free at last
If a new paradise I could find
