In silence, I seek a quiet place,
Away from life's unending chase.
To pause the noise, the rush, the calls,
And find myself within these walls.

Just for a while, let me be,
Alone with thoughts, alone with me.
In solitude, I'll mend and heal,
Recharging peace I deeply feel.

No voices, screens, or busy hum,
Just moments where the world feels numb.
I'll return, renewed and bright,
After this restful, silent night.
