All I Want For Christmas
When others are unkind,
And my sanity is hard to find.
There's someone that's always there,
With the open eyes that show they care.
When I'm alone,
And I just need to moan.
I know you'll always hear,
Because you're always near.
It's hard each year,
And it's quite easy to shed a tear.
But you're by my side,
So I smile with pride.
Your silly ways,
Amuse me for days.
The friendship shared,
Can not be compared.
My favourite time of year,
And it's not the same without you near.
Being as playful as you are,
Shining so brightly like a star.
And whilst I put up my tree,
Wondering where I ought to be.
I know who to turn to,
Because all I want for christmas is you.
