Who is a wife? A wife is a "help meet"
- someone who comes to partake of a burden, so as to make it lighter for the man to bear
- she is a 'partaker' - or a part taker of burdens and responsibilities that the man is mandated to bear all alone before; so as to share it out and make it easier for him and not unbearable.
- she is one who shares in a work
- she is a contribution, an addition, an asset and alleviation to the man
- as a 'help' , she adds to him, in order to fill up gaps of weakness and inadequacy in his life
- she is an asset not a liability
- she alleviates his burdens and troubles by bearing them, bringing her inner strength to bear on the needs
- she does not primarily come to eat, consume, take and receive from the Mann......she is brought to give, to add, to produce and to contribute into the man's life and into what God has called him to do
- she is not an added weight for him to carry along
- she is not a devourer, who comes to devour and eat up whatever reserve he has in life
- she is not overbearing on him for her strength, for her upkeep and for her standing
- she also has a standing with God that she can draw upon to help the man
- she is not weeping to the man everyday to be carried
- she is quite resourceful in the areas God has equipped her to compliment the man
- she sees the man as a Chanel through whom the Lord flows to her in love and compassion.
