Can’t Go On
I’m stuck in my mind where things become disturbing.
Plans of suicide, something I keep rehearsing.
God gave this life to the wrong person, for I am not deserving.
I lie to my mother when she asks if I’m alright.
Holding back tears with a smile, so I don’t give her a fright.
Little does she know it’s suicide letters, I find comfort to write.
I’ve begged and pleaded to every God, in every religion.
Please take away my pain, my heavy infliction.
The devil has taken my mind, and left a bloody inscription.
All that is left is a heavy decision.
