His beloved child, a woman after His own heart
Taking the first step, flying my wings to freedom
Like an eagle flies high and doesn't fall or look back
He doesn't leave me when I feel alone, restores my soul.

I'm precious in His sight.
Handcrafted, restored, healed, beloved
He has unconditional love towards me.

I'm not His second choice, He hears me when I call.
He restores the broken heart, the tears He dries them up
Replaces it with His joy.

I don't want to fake it, I want to be real
To leave religion behind...

Because I want to lean on His understanding,
to be a woman chasing the heart of Yah.
