If the flesh is reality then ask your self this why dose your body feel the vibration and react before your consciousness?
If this world of the physical is it and there is nothing else then why love do you often hear the howling on the wind or the voice of the loved ones whom passed away like a phantom in the dark it lurks this other part of our world.
Many of existence never seem to find a way to see beyond this plane.
But open your eyes and breathe and relax and try not to be so harsh in your reactions to this worlds vibrations.
It will open your mind and lay your soul cold on this road of eveltioin to a different vibration.
