Somber Spirit
I conceal the agony of my heart,
Yet within, it's already shattered.
It's not a wound inflicted by love,
But by existential anguish.
The misery to endure this burden,
To witness loved ones in distress.
To feel powerless, unable to alter fate.
I blame those who caused our suffering,
And sorry, but I can't forgive.

As I mature, I comprehend more deeply,
The difficulty to stay alive.
With each passing year, I sense more acutely,
The pain it takes to survive.
A pain that perhaps, shall never leave,
A growing misery that perhaps,
Holds even darker years.
