It's unfortunate to say, yet I know it to be true...
The heart is guarded by generational hurt and lies a lifetime can't penetrate.
While the mind is guarded by... nothing at all.
Guard the mind a tad more.
Guard the heart a tad less.
Perhaps then and only then may we see change in a transformative way so many desire.
The unfortunate part isn't the obvious stated.
No, the unfortunate part is knowing the cure is readily available, but the required majority will forever refuse the necessary steps.
