The fragrance of my childhood,
Hides in your embrace and cuddling,
fill me in with emotional lullabies as my tears dry away,

Encouragement and motivation has been your desire for me all this while,
With each fall in life you lifted me up, with each battle I had to fight you stood beside me to shielding me from all dangers.

You risked yourself for me without an armor nor a defense mechanism, your instincts were good enough to stand all storming challenges.

My memories hang on your shoulder,
You always keep telling best tales,
the stories you told each time were of memories. About my childhood they were: tales that made me wonder as each words you spoke tuned me to become a better me.

All the challenges,
a host of life and new beginnings, what an effort you made, to stand strong as you journeyed along
the nine month road.

Only to be welcomed by a fearful and an unpredictable battle at delivery, yet rewarded by a glittering and glowing smile you welcome us into the world after all the pains and struggle,
ushering us to new beginnings.

Happy mothers day sounds great,
but telling you "I love you and I will forever cherish your bravery" is what I want to say now.

You fight not with weapons
but yet you conquer,
You are an instrument of,
" Love, Care, Understanding, Courage, Bravery, Motivation, Councilling and Friendship

A precious wealth not purchasing,
Priceless you are but most expensive you are to life, nature and love.

Mothers are not commodities that you can purchase anywhere,
so if today you have a chance with you Mum, sit and rap your hands around her and tell her
"You Love her" for tomorrow might never come.

Now it the best time to make up for the past and all wrongs you might have done,
What are your memories,
treasure the gift of motherhood,
keep up memories of all her smiles.
