With all the noise in the air,
with all the sorrows flooding the heart,
and the brain seeking pain in each hurt
hurled at your face without a break.
All the sounds of accusations and incompetence
flying into the soul like whiplashes
it is time to close my eyes and observe in silence
it is just silence that I must sense
to keep me from violence
to keep me from destroying everything

as now there's only a big black hole
