SNOWY NIGHT
A girl was sitting on her bed looking out the window
Waiting for the snow to fall and make the night glow
She was wrapped up in her favorite blanket printed with green leaves
A cup of hot chocolate was on the window sill from which she was taking small sips
The plate of chocolate chip cookies were already gone
Her family was downstairs while she was sitting here all alone
A single candle was burning giving off a sweet and fresh smell
The night was chilly and the wind was blowing and ringing the small bell
She was almost asleep when she felt the cool touch
She shook awake seeing all the snow and was happy very much
She clapped her hands and laughed happily while jumping all round
She was so happy that she started singing and you could hear her from the ground
