Dear Pyee,
It's hard to articulate in words how my life has been the past one year with you in it. But I'll try.
After all I went through my last relationship, I never thought I'd get into any serious relationship with anyone. Not so early, not after all I have been through. I mean, look at the world, so much relationship crumbling at the slightest glitch and you came along and somehow this wall I had built so strong and so tall after my last crash came crumbling down. Most men before you had hit their backs against this same wall. I guess, u're the one. I remembered that very night, yes I have always imagined having you as my man even when we were just friends but not this near. It happened so fast that I can't say. At first I took it as a mere lust but little did I realize it was something better and far from lust.
It was love in its purest form. It's been my greatest blessing being with you. A man not afraid or shy to express love anywhere, anytime. A man whose shoulders are broad enough for his family, for me and others, very hard-working too. My dream man, lolz.
You taught me how to genuinely love, live and give even when there's nothing. You inspire me alot And with you by my side I am so lucky. I remembered saying yes to our relationship trial with so much panic in my heart. We had our moments. With you I want to do crazy things; watch movies, go to the beach, club, vacation, excursions etc. I love the way you protect me. I pray to say one day,
“You're my soul mate". With you I have come to understand, true love has no boundaries, no breadth or height. Loving you is the purest thing I've felt.
Pyee, I don't know what the future holds for us but the one thing I do know is that am going to fight for this “us" till God states otherwise. I promise by his grace to always love, laugh with, help and cherish you. To always apologize for my wrongs, never to take your love for granted. Most importantly, to remain your bes in its rawest and truest form till God decides.
I cannot wait to fully have you one day as a companion, soulmate, bes forever and husband.
