I felt pain
When you told me you had a girlfriend;
You said, "I will wait"
Just an unfulfilled promise you made.

You said, "I understand"
Left me wondering if it was all just a lie?
Now I don't understand,
How am I gonna erase all this stupid feelings hiding deep inside.

But don't worry,
I'm happy for you whole heartedly.
**Not because I wanted to ,
But because I needed to.

I have to be happy!
My heart needed it badly!
If you can be happy,
Then why shouldn't I be happy?

After all, I'm a strong lady,
At least that's what I tell myself daily.

Enough.. already!!

Wishing you both a good life…
And that's exactly what I will strife (enjoying my life—my very own life).
