I failed to completely be happy
But still, my life is good
I do think you cannot be fully internally satisfied
Otherwise, what is life?
There must be a motive to live
So be steady and sit
Rest is it

In the stillness, I find my strength
A sense of calm, where love and peace length
The world outside may be loud and wide
But in my heart, rest is it

Embrace the journey, don't rush the pace
Find joy in the moments, the trials, the space
Between dreams and reality, find your peace
And know that life's beauty lies in its release

So let's cherish the ups and the downs
And find our strength in life's spinning rounds
For in the end, it's not perfection we seek
But a life that's authentic, and a heart that speaks
And when all is said and done, rest is it.
