As sand touched the bare feet,
And wave ran in between the toes,
A spark of rejuvenation lightened the soul.

Diminishing distress of worldly web,
Calming the anxious intellect,
Inner child flashed on a tide,
Warned the full grown to hide.

Intoning the hymns of sea,
Twice she twirled in glee.
