Darker than I wanted
But stronger than I thought
Every struggle thus far
Hasn't been for naught
I look deep within
To pull out all I can muster
The struggles that surround me
Are trying to steal my luster
I make all of my decisions
But lately, every single one
Has lead to a catastrophic collision
Feeling unworthy
And far lower than less
It's safe to say My 2024
Is starting as a mess
But it's only day four
I still have blessings to collect
So there's still work to be done
And actions to perfect
But I'm back, I'm here
And I'm not running
It's those blessings that keep me pushing
I'll win this fight, and come out stunning
