Drunk on Shadows

Drink until my pain dissipates,
Pour the poison to drown my sorrow,
In the dark, lost to my own fate,
Til depression's grip I can't borrow.

Out of reach, the light I seek,
But in the bottle I find my peace,
Losing myself in this reckless spree.
