Because Of You
I never liked walking on the beach, but you made me.
Late night drive wasn't my thing, till I had you.
My face never had a smile.
But you came into my life, with good humour.
Now I can't stop smiling when ever I have thoughts about you.
I wasn't a Jehovah's witness;
And you brought me closer to God.
And now you're gone.
All I can do is pray and hope that you made it to His presence;
'Cause to me you were a blessing;
And at least I know that you're rested.
I was able to smile, because of you.
I learnt to show affection, because of you.
Now I have peace in my heart, it is all, because of you.
You've left me in darkness.
And I'd be lying if I say I'm all right.
I would have given up all that I have just to see you once again.
I hope I'm gonna see you on the other side and kick it like we did before.
