Everybody has a voice.
But not not everyone is heard,
Sometimes the only way to feel like someone is listening,
Is to write it down and post it,
Secretly hoping that someone will acknowledge your voice
Your thoughts and deepest feelings.
Some people have not yet found their light
Their happiness or even their selves.
Some poems don't have a happy ending, yet
But they are the voices that haven't been listened to.
Sometimes all it takes is a like
A witness, to the pain, the love, light, and laughter,
Of another human being.
