Desires and infatuations
Heated with sensations.
Could we be trapped in all these illusions?
After all,they are just emotions.
O! Decisions, decisions?
Between this tug of war
of logical and hormonal,
Of the head and the heart
How are we to know which one is truer
than the other.
Inside voices and parental advises
Engaged in an endless battle
Forever to agree to disagree.
Which path to choose,
The safer, mundane,straight path or
the one unfamiliar and unpredictable?

I am torn between you
I am afraid
of regrets and
of fomo.
But I promise myself a hell of a life
No matter what I choose.
