It's been a long journey,
I'd often look back,
I see a lot of fading faces
People walking off the track,
We don't walk the same lane
And that to me is okay,
Our destinations may be different
But we might meet again someday.

It's a hectic life, a long journey
I'd often cry in a lonely corner,
The loneliness that kills me inside
Only made me stronger and wiser;
That I'd enjoy my own company,
I'd wait for a significant other
And even if we live miles apart,
We can learn to trust one another.
