I sat so still
comfortable in my chair,
my mind wanders far
till I heard and ever so soft sound,
whispering softly in my ears,
I turned to my right
and found no one,
to my left
absolutely no one,
and then I heard it
again and again
it was one of tranquillity
that puts my mind and soul at ease,
I fell in love with the sound
and when I asked around
I was told nature reached out to me
in order to put my mind at ease
and my soul to peace
