You ate and grew, until you felt a shiver
You sensed a change, a call to transform
You spun a silk, a cozy and safe dorm
Inside the chrysalis, you slept and dreamed
Of wings and flowers, of sun and breeze
You broke the old, you built the new
You shed your skin, you became true
Now you emerge, a beautiful butterfly
You spread your wings, you soar in the sky
You sip the nectar, you dance with grace
