Cherishing the golden days
A melancholy feeling engulfed me
when I flipped through the photos
My school memories returned
The old memories which
Now I cherish . ..

New faces, new experiences and new memories
Making their presence felt in my life
But still despondent I am
As can't be the same Child again
Fearing what challenges life will posses...

Relishing every moment of past
I want to relive those days
The golden days when
Fear means not completion of homework
But true it is.. The moments won't return ...
Time does not flies back
Wings it has , it will go far and far
Joining a new page of colours
To the vast sky of my life....
