"Others Like Me.."
Ashfur pulled his sleeves down, fully aware of other people and it made him self conscious, it always did. "You don't have to hide from them." Keiran whispered. Ashfur looked around, there were men and women who had the same scars he did. "There are others like me." Ashfur said. Keiran nodded. "Your staring." One man said, his tone wasn't rude at all. "Sorry.." Ashfur muttered looking down. "No! It's cool. I got this from trying to kill myself, I tried to slit my wrists and went all the way up." He said, rolling his sleeves up. Ashfur cringed at the scar. "Nasty isn't it?" He asked. Keiran nodded. "Don't be like me, save yourself from your inner demons." He said softly. Ashfur rolled his sleeves up. "Each time one heals, I take a razor to it, my dark thoughts get the best of me.. I'm struggling bad right now, first service dog passed a year ago, my second service dog passed just recently and my only outlet is to cut." He said. Rennen nodded running his fingers across the scars. "You can prevent this. You just choose not to. Because like me, you like the feeling it gives you, don't you? You like the feeling of metal across your skin cutting deep into your wrists. Huh?" Rennen asked, tilting his head. Ashfur looked away. "Trust me I like that feeling too, I can't stand when the contact is gone. Is that how you feel?" Rennen asked again. Ashfur nodded. "Yes." He admitted. "Let me show you something." Rennen said. Ashfur nodded. The male ran something cold along his fresh cuts making him wince. "It'll heal the pain for a while, come back for more and I'll give you a bottle of it." Rennen said. Ashfur nodded. "Thank you." He said. Rennen smiled. "No problem." He said. "And no cutting tonight." He added. Ashfur nodded. "I mean it. Absolutely no cutting for the next several weeks." Rennen said. Ashfur sighed. "Don't worry I'll keep him in check." Hollyleaf said. Ashfur jumped. Keiran chuckled, catching his husband. "And you literally jumped this time." He said. "I'm glad someone thinks it's comical." Ashfur retorted dryly. "Who is you?" Rennen asked. "His personal babysitter." Hollyleaf teased. Ashfur rolled his eyes. "She's a friend." Ashfur said. "And a friend who will keep you in check. I remind him of his meds every night, talk him through his racing thoughts and get him through his dreams." Hollyleaf said. Rannen nodded. "She's a nuisance." Ashfur said. "And your an addict so there's that." Hollyleaf said. Ashfur rolled his eyes again. "Oh, how's Crow?' He asked. Kerian growled at the mention of the raven. "Good. Scourge's wondering when you'll be home." Hollyleaf said. "Uh. Never." Ashfur said. The ravenette sighed. "You have to eventually go home." She said. "I am home. I have Willow and Keir that's all I need." Ashfur said stubbornly. "He misses you." Hollyleaf said. Ashfur rolled his eyes. "Why? Park finally figure out who he was?" He asked. "Yes, he's living with Mac." Hollyleaf said. "Sucks for him doesn't it." Ashfur said. "You can't be so heartless to your boyfriend." Hollyleaf said. "Ex-boyfriend and honestly I don't care what he does or what happens to him he left and cheated not me." Ashfur said. "And Crowfeather?" Hollyleaf asked. "Let him rot along with em." Ashfur said. Hollyleaf sighed. Shall I remind you of the love letters and the late night visits and countless sneak ins that you two did? Hollyleaf whispered. Ashfur rolled his eyes. "That was the past, my feelings for him have changed." He said. "Uh. Huh." Hollyleaf said. "It was. I'm done with him." Ashfur said. Don't lie to me I know you still love him. Hollyleaf whispered. "I don't." Ashfur said. Uh. Huh. Hollyleaf mocked picking up a letter. "Hey don't bend that!" Ashfur spat. "Let's see: Dear Ashfur, sorry we aren't able to see each other like we used to so I guess writing letters and texting is the only way.. I've missed you so much. I can still taste your lips the feeling of that amazing body of yours.. Those moans that always seem to turn me on.. I don't know if I can go any longer not seeing you. Just be safe.. That's all I ask
Written with love, Crowfeather."  Hollyleaf said. "That doesn't mean anything." Ashfur said. "Oh really, how about this one?" Hollyleaf asked. "Dear Ashfur, sorry I've been slacking on writing you I hope you can forgive me, I can't wait to see you again I've missed you so much hope you haven't had too much fun without me lol. Till we meet again, as always Written with love, Crowfeather." Hollyleaf read. Ashfur rolled his eyes. "They're just stupid letters they don't mean anything." He said. "Uh. Huh." Hollyleaf said, knowingly. "Why's Scourge living with Mac, he can't take care of himself now I thought he was an Alpha?" Ashfur asked. "Since he can't have you he's going to him." Hollyleaf said. Ashfur rolled his eyes again. "Another leech for him to latch onto." He said. "Mac's not a leech, he's a good friend and support system for Scourge." Hollyleaf said. "Whatever, it's only a matter of time before Park does his ploy to get Scourge back into his arms and he'll be stupid and go back to him." Ashfur said. Hollyleaf shook her head. "That's not happening this time." She said. "Uh. Huh." Ashfur said. "No, I'm serious the circumstances are different this time." Hollyleaf said. Ashfur rolled his eyes. "Whatever." He said. "Now if you'll excuse me." Ashfur said leaping on Keiran, purring happily. "Hi, Prince." He said. Ashfur lifted the blade with his mind. "Drop it." Hollyleaf said. Ashfur growled. "Mine." He said bringing it close to him. "Drop it Ashfur." Hollyleaf said. Ashfur glared at her. "Drop the blade." Hollyleaf repeated. Ashfur glared at her putting the metal to the skin. "Don't you dare." Hollyleaf said. Ashfur held his intense silver glare. "The last time you did this you sliced a vein." Hollyleaf reminded him. "You sliced a vein?" Keiran asked. "Yes becasue he was being stubborn and not doing what I told him to." Hollyleaf said. Ashfur rolled his silver eyes.
