Till death does them apart
Blood stained her skin, every inch of the white gown she wore...
Tears welled up the girl's eyes as she wanted love and nothing more,
His head rested on her bosom, alas! he was dead...
Blood gushed out of the centre of his forehead
She tried to listen to the voices, but never understood...
Afraid of what had happened and what would,
She ran her fingers through her beloved's blonde barnet,
" wake up, my love !", whispered poor Scarlet .

Her tear filled eyes looked into her father's soul...
The devil that was locked inside of him all those years,
The blood, the bond that she treasured the most, killed by her own...
In an unexpected way, unlocking her deepest fears.
She heard from a distance, a familiar sound...
Her mother weeping, banging her fists to the ground,
But the men in black trenchcoats didn't bother...
Hunger for fame killed the love of a father.
" There will be no funeral !" he turned to his wife...
she didn't recognize the man of her life either,
He didn't shed a tear , without remorse...
he said in a loud voice, " Don't bury him beside her!"

Nobody knew that Scarlet was still alive...
she too wanted it to be that way
Without her beloved beside her...
nothing in the world would make her stay.
The grave diggers secretly burried them away...
To make up a story that the town would believe
the word spread like fire " Scarlet was a big disgrace "
well, t'was not new for her father to decieve
The last thing Scarlet saw was the moonlit sky
before the dust smothered her to death
Her dreams and desires buried along with them...
Only because she chose love over power and wealth.
