Think about a time in your life when you couldn’t make a decision, and write a poem based on it.

Lonely upon the deserted highway,
Scared,
Afraid,
And so cold that day...

Then night began to fall,
Nothing in sight,
Nothing to keep warm,
And laying under the bridge,
Just to avoid the storms..

The universe has been my guide,
Would not allow me to drink,
And comfort me in my pride..

All the right decisions made,
It was decided from forces that I have not made.

Mother nature has never been so kind,
For where I was headed,
Was never planned within my mind....

Friendly faces were met,
Kind enough that I could not forget...

Thinking about them from time to time,
For they truly loved me genuinely,
And never left me behind...

Choices made were not perfect,
And the kind whispering earth,
Kept me from being under the dirt....

There has always been one cosmic force,
Kept me from irresponsible behavior,
Choices planned before my eyes,
That mother earth guided in my favor..

Yes I am truly grateful for the effort that the universe provides this weary journey. Especially for those well performed favors. Of choices that I could not make.....
