You won't find a common emotion, something you both can feel
Don't expect to dive, sink and drown in devotion
What you know to be real
But you best believe, very soon that all will be reveal
Because Scorpions never take the time to worry about their reputation
Their focus is on wrapping different feelings to a given situation
But what you'll find behind their bright eyes
Is that the duality is real
From moment to moment they are quick to change the way they feel
And it doesn't matter what you say, they're always going to take it the wrong way
Before acting all irrational and deeply emotional
Because inside their mind, there's a party of love and hate
And without invitation you've got to have both cake
Maybe a little bit today and some more tomorrow,
With a bit of give and take
Because Despair, regret and tenderness
Is what they feel for you, they'll love you at the very start
Then hate everything you do
You'll experience only pain between sweet love and confusion
Over and over again the same very old repetition
This will be the life you choose when you get with a Scorpion
You'll find yourself at the end of a string like a broken little thing
Trying to break a smile with a bittersweet
heart-burn
And a little bit of love around a little bit of letdown
But then their sudden sweetness makes it very easy to forget
As Love and War both rages, alongside restlessness,
Worn by persistence and uncertainty
Without ever knowing the joy of true harmony
Because a Scorpion will always sting with all the love they bring
There motto is, two in distress makes sorrow the less
And while to you it may seems like things are getting out of hand
They'll sit in emotional duality, that's their reality
comfortably dysfunctional!!
