Write a poem about the hardships of trying to achieve something.
A dream, a distant reality
never will it come true.
The walls of responsibility,
too high to climb over,
the depths of patriarchal
too deep to swim through,
but my fainting dreams
refuse to leave the hope
they resurface and throb
with my every heartbeat.
Finally I have had enough
my yearning has reached it's peak
and I break free.
Stumbling, staggering with weight
of broken shackles,
I manage to break free finally
and make my dreams a closer reality.
