• It is really important to take a very good care of your emotions through.
1- journaling- You just have to write how you
are feeling such as I'm feeling sad, I'm feeling hurt,I'm feeling happy,etc.
2- Do not ever try to suppress any kind of emotion that you are going through accept each and every kind of emotion that you are going through.
