My Mother
#MothersDayPoem
The fragrance of my childhood,
Hides in the folds of your embrace,
Snuggled in the glory of your countenance .
Like sweet lilies in their leafy bosoms ,
Your lovely caresses could make me safe
And drove me into dreamy fairy worlds .
Your warmth and care didn't let me fall,
Such were your firm and soft glances .
To this day, I owe you mother
A treasure of lessons , that
Never pushed me to the wall.
