Note:- For those who may not understand, I wrote this poem about a person who is talking about their distractions and depression. And they identify it as a devil for it is ruining their life and how that person desperately wants to be normal. And 'The dark room' in the poem signifies the person's mind. I hope you like it!

I am afraid of him.
His dark form is frightening.
I can always see it in the dark room, only lit up by the lightning of the thunder outside.
His evil deeds have no confines.

You see, he takes glee.
In seeing me helplessly trying to flee...
