To treasure self, in self-care, I adjust.
The tender touch of self-love takes its toll,
Transforming wounds to strength within my soul.

I trust the path that leads to inner peace,
In solitude, my restless thoughts decrease.
With trustful heart, I heal and find my way,
Embracing self-care's gift, come what may.

In "trust" and "tenderness," I found my grace,
A journey inward, in this sacred space.
