Wilderness Within
You will never know the hurt and pain,
The darkness, the emptiness, the endless rain.
A void where tenderness should dwell,
In silence, my story, I cannot tell.

Tears cascade like unending streams,
Loneliness shatters my silent screams.
Born without a plan, a life uncharted,
Injustice of existence, cold-hearted.

Peers with paths, with goals so bright,
Yet in their midst, I fade from sight.
A chair they open, but I don’t belong,
A smile I wear, masking what’s wrong.

Raised in chaos, a wild terrain,
Lost in confusion, enduring the strain.
Dreams of love, like distant stars,
In my heart, they leave deep scars.
