QUARANTINE
Madame Florentine, on return from vacation.
The illness made her go into isolation.
A happy mood read screwed.
The only thing known to kill faster, is fear,
Yet helpers came in full gear.
Old and Young, none left out,
A breakout dashing them ill bouts.
Stay in, stay safe, everyone cries.
Those who are unwise, agonize,
Bringing their family unrest and pain.
Some families by this will be mended,
Others out of impatience, shredded.
Thoughts of what love should be,
Will cloud the emotional at sea.
Shall we survive, we ask, but to what degree?
The trying times come to bring us strength.
Faith is what brings us to that length,
To keep us undaunted in hopes,
That our victory is close.
Time alone is our chance for once there's life,
There's HOPE even in a quarantined world.
