Meet me in the middle,
With an open mind,
Set aside differences,
We're the same kind...
I started this to be so much more then just a rhyme
I intend for you to read it and get lost in my words,
get lost in time
to feel as if we are the same
I pray that you will breed with me
to just relax, intertwine
I see you as straight class
and I, as your fine wine
see us not as seperate but merging into the same lane, the same line
you are my inspiration that ignites my ability to out shine
I have always longed for your attention,
for you to one day say, "she is different but she is all mine."
So, set aside our differences
I ask you again,
meet me in the middle and allow our love to begin
give us your all
allow our love to win
let me justify your guilt and help you to never again sin
open your mind and your heart
remind your soul that you're the best, better then all of those other men
remember, that I'm your souls long lost twin
my love, please, allow your mind to slowly suspend
