One last Shot
Life is full of ups and downs,
It’s like we are playing cricket on a huge ground,
I felt like Useless and frown.
Facing the Challenges one by one ,
I believed this Game has to be won.
Game of Do or Die,
Next shot must be high.
Trying to be good at the next ball,
Somewhere scared of the people’s brawl .
But When I Believe in myself ,
Things get a lot easier by itself .
I don’t want to loose the game ,
I need to do it to make my name .
I try , try and keey trying to hit a six,
I knew I have to take a big risk .
Finally It was the last ball of the game,
I got ready to fix my aim .
I hit the ball with all I had,
I knew the shot was not that bad.
The umpire waved both his hands up,
Everybody’s mouth got shut.
I felt like I have achieved something,
The dream come true of being a king.
