Had to take a break today,
Old songs on replay,
I just needed to not exists,

Out of body growing,
Energy deep flowing,
what kind of feeling is this?,

Turned off my thoughts,
Ignored my faults,
Isolate from my emotions,

Anything to ease the headaches,
Just so I won't break,
I went through the motions,

Silence is so deadly,
Melancholic melody,
I just felt very tired,

Turned off my phone,
Needed to feel the alone,
Introversion set on higher,

Today I couldn't be that friend,
That people call to vent,
I sought a bit of peace,

Now i don't mean to be rude,
Pardon the attitude,
I just needed a minute to breathe.
