The days too eventually fell silent,
No sounds, not even by the crows,the world as we know it has come to screeching stop!!!
All you could hear was the sound of,my own thoughts of negative mind chatter all my insecurities, i can't do this ,I am not strong enough, stop stop please....paralysis is setting in of the unknown
