The Worst Lover
Been a long while,
Green leaves renewed hue,
Among Us, then Inches, now Miles,
For ever you bid me adieu.

Neither of us is to blame,
Neither of us tried to mend,
Giving away excuses way too lame,
A suggestion to move on, mutually we'd lend.

Should I call you selfish?
You aimed your shining future,
You let power of our bond diminish,
And thus, our fall was triggered.

Then, your love, purely honest,
Now, your love, spuriously untrue,
A matter which I disregard, I detest,
Something I wish I never knew.

Should I call me pitiful?
I let you suck me dry,
be paramount, so horribly thoughtful,
Your lingering memories, I fie.

They knock my heart over and over,
get knocked and repeat,
You were the worst lover,
but My love was beyond any limit.
