As I inhale
I feel my self breathing in
everything peace and calm
just like the golden rays of the morning sun
As I inhale
it feels like I'm in a state of peace and tranquility
with my eyes closed
my ears follows the gentility
of the wind
as I inhale
I feel the cool air quenching the burning flames
in my lungs
it make me feel like I can right the all the wrongs
in my life
with up lifting songs
but who am I kidding
but now
as I exhale
I let go of everything
including the problems life brings
as I exhale
my lungs slowly shrinks
and my blood flows
like a pen's ink
as I exhale
it reminds me
of the way
and how life is like a tree
