At the rim of Shackleton crater,
an uncharted territory,
the darkness shield,
craters on surface that are unique.

Sunlight shielded,
interiors not touched,
full of mystery and science,
oh special lunar south pole.

Proud of it's water ice,
it's mystery and intrigue,
waiting to be unraveled,
expectant of exploration.

you've waited all your existence,
to be unraveled,
to be experienced,
you gave way to India.

Here you are now,
being seen,
being touched,
starting an exploration journey.
