Fear The Monsoon
#MonsoonPoem
From a distance,
the incessant chant of monsoon from south west,
sounds like an old witch practising her craft,
Indian Ocean set the Force free...
Echoes of chaos sound closer and closer for all present to see...
Let the Prevailing Winds shift bringing dark clouds full and ready to drop... Scarring like incest
Somehow already looking for an escape...stand firm then hastily fleel...
The Devastating howl of
Strong winds confuse one mind...Some kind of
Monster was unleashed...
Thoughts of Godzilla reaching land many could become deceased in time...But it's a
Monsoon...Monsoon don't blow my house away.
Monsoon Monsoon don't turn the streets to sea's
Your raging Winds violently out control...While praying for
Resistance to the calamities it still shakes a person soul... Anticipating flooding disasters
AS village's are in turmoil
The aggressive wind eat the spoils...
Things begin to fly and wash away...Will and
Conviction to survive brings out the faith in men...
Thunder rumbles Lighting cracks 100 years old spirits do bend...
Crying people from miles around go muffled from the Mighty Storms sounds...
Take shelter close your eyes fall asleep...
Pray to wake and the water is not deep...
Knowing you will have to clean up the streets...
Be Thankful, Be Thankful
Be Thankful you survived
