Memories ring in my brain
Walls of pain close in every side of me
Through some nights filled with tears
And the dawn of new days
Although sleep stays away
I shut my eyes and pieces of life I left behind come back to me
It feels like a part of me is dead
" I have to erase those moments"
It all that rings in my mind day and night
I have to wipe it off just like the way a teacher wipes off old notes from a chalkboard
People I loved
Have come and gone
But all they left me with is
Broken hearts and scars
